Staffs are professional. Had a great great welcome. Rooms are quite small. Washroom can be better maintened. Food was good though. Overall good stay

The bathroom is unhygienic, the bed and towels stink, the bodywash and shampoo dispenser does not work, there is no soap dispenser or soap provided at the washbasin outside the bathroom, weird smell whenever you switch on the ac.

Our stay was for a night in standard room. We have to change room twice because one or other reasons. The size of rooms are very small and not suitable for double occupancy. Wash rooms are also small in size. The property is poorly maintained. The ambiance is poor. The food was ok. The servicing in the restaurant was very poor. The front desk was very helping. The staff behavior was excellent. Over all not worth staying.

We stayed for couple of days and the hospitality is very nice. Although it’s not a luxury accommodation, they have a very innate nature to help and never let customers face any problem. I think it’s also in the blood of madurai to always help people.

The room neat and clean and bathroom need slightly improvement as it is feels bit dated, This room booked by my office end, food is excellent and service great as well
