1. Located in the heart of the city 2. Moderately spaced room 3. Private parking 4. In-house dining 5. Spa and other facilities 6. Goodies in the room 7. Well behaved friendly staff who guide us with care 8.Value for money I’ve given a five star for the overall experience. Their hospitality was so good. I’ve heard about the hospitality of Madurai through friends but only when I was touring there I was able to experience that hospitality. A vacation after a very hectic work routine definitely needed such loving people surrounded environment.

The hotel room is too much congested and cleanless to be improved a lot. Also the charges for the allotted room is too high.
